  • HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?

    In order to start earning Windy Points, just click “Create account” from the Login screen. Your account will enable you to collect Windy Points on purchases and other activities, redeem those points for discounts and gift cards, and view of history of your past purchases. You must login to your account to be able to collect Windy Points on your purchases. 

    HOW DO I EARN WINDY POINTS?

    You can earn Windy Points by completing the tasks listed in Rewards tab and by simply shopping on our website. Click on “Rewards” to see the list of activities and the points you have already been awarded. You do not earn Windy Points on shipping or taxes.

    HOW DO I REDEEM MY WINDY POINTS?

    If you have used a discount code on our site, it is as simple as that. Click on “Rewards” tab and you will see the list of the discounts you can get when you redeem your points. Once you have redeemed points, a unique, single use code will appear. Copy the code and then paste it in the "Gift card or discount code field on the checkout page and the discount will be applied to your order. 

    HOW ARE WINDY POINTS CALCULATED?

    We calculate the amount of Windy Points that you earn based on the value of your order before taxes and shipping. For every dollar that you spend you earn 'one' Windy Point.

    DO WINDY POINTS EXPIRE?

    No, Windy Points do not expire so you can count on them whenever you return to our website to make a purchase.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN A PRODUCT?

    If an order (or product in an order) that earned Windy Points is returned or cancelled, then the Windy Points you received will also be returned and deducted from your account balance. Windy Points do not have cash value, therefore, if Windy Points were used for an order and the order is returned, we will credit your Windy Points account with the Windy Points equivalent to the discount used.

    DO I HAVE TO ENTER MY BIRTHDATE?

    No. Entering your birthdate, or any other information on your Windy Point Soap Making Supplies profile is optional; however, it is required to receive the points for the complete profile action.

    WHEN CAN I USE POINTS?

    In general, points are awarded shortly following an action that you complete and can be used right away for the rewards. Some awarding of points is delayed approximately 24 hours to verify the action was completed.

    CAN I REDEEM WINDY POINTS ON PAST PURCHASES?
    No. Windy Points do not have cash value. They are used to discount subsequent purchases you will make from us as our way of rewarding your ongoing purchases with Windy Point Soap Making Supplies, and recognizing the support you provide in sharing what we offer with others. You cannot apply points to purchases you have made in the past.
    CAN I USE TWO DISCOUNTS ON A SINGLE ORDER?

    No. Only one discount code can be applied per purchase. However, your discount codes from redeemed Windy Points do not expire. You can use it on your next purchase at Windy Point Soap Making Supplies. Once points are redeemed for a coupon code, the discount cannot be combined with another. We recommend only redeeming points when you are ready to use them toward an active set of products you are buying so to maximize the savings.

    CAN I MERGE POINTS FROM TWO ACCOUNTS?

    No. We are unable to combine Windy Points from two accounts. Make sure you are logged into the account that you intend to both earn and spend the points whenever placing an order or completing an action.

    I MISSED EARNING POINTS ON AN ORDER BECAUSE I WASN'T LOGGED IN, CAN YOU CORRECT THAT?
    No. We are not able to assign points to orders that are not associated with an account. You will have to log in prior to making a purchase.

    DO I EARN POINTS WHEN PURCHASING A GIFT CARD?

    No, gift cards are not eligible for Windy Points. However, when the recipient of a gift card pays with it, they will earn points on that purchase.
