Jeesperse ICE-T CIS-2 Conditioning Cold Process Emulsifier

Jeesperse ICE-T CIS-2 quickly forms stable emulsions when mixed into water or oil at low temperatures.  There is no need for a heated phase to melt ingredients and/or form emulsions. Clean up is a breeze with only one container required!  Super easy to use by adding directly to oil or water.  

Imparting a silky soft powdery finish to most formulations, Jeesperse ICE-T CIS-2 can be used in:

• creams and lotions
• hair styling products
• hair conditioners
• sprayable products
  
  

The combination of multi-functional ingredients in this emulsifier gives products a dry, soft feel when combined with a large percentage of oils.  It eliminates the stickiness or tackiness of humectants, including glycerine, and leaves a silicone-like slip/feel.

Usage rates:
Sprayable products:  0.5 - 1.5%
Hair styling products:  1.0 - 6.0%
Hair conditioners:  2.0 - 5.0%
Lotions & creams:  2.0 - 6.0%

pH range:  2 - 9

Melting Point:  45 - 50C

INCI:  PEG-150 Distearate (and) Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Polyquaternium-37
