Foaming Oats is a very mild anionic surfactant, containing 28% - 32% active matter. It has a very soft foam, making it a great choice for foaming facial cleansers. It is also a great choice for shampoos and micellar waters. With it's neutral pH (6.5 to 7.5), it will not sting the eyes.
